THE REAL CITIZENS ASSEMBLY OF
80 000 BROUGHT DUBLIN TO A STANDSTILL TODAY.
Ireland's true wealth - her innocent infants and children, parents and families - were out in force today as Ireland STOOD FIRM IN PROTECTION OF THE SANCTITY OF UNBORN LIFE.
Here is the Message:
WE WILL NOT GIVE WAY TO ABORTION.
WE PLACE OUR INNOCENT UNBORN UNDER THE PROTECTION OF THE TRUE EMPEROR OF THE UNIVERSE, JESUS CHRIST |
The real reason why all efforts to push through an abortion culture into this country have failed is because THE PEOPLE OF IRELAND ARE ACTIVELY WORKING AGAINST ALLOWING ABORTION WITH ITS CULTURE OF DEATH TO FIND A HOME WITHIN THESE SHORES.
OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE, WE PRAY FOR OUR INNOCENT UNBORN |
For years the people have been tirelessly working to keep our unborn children safe. The real Citizens Assembly voted with their feet today, marching through the historic city, bringing patient and supportive traffic to a standstill, showing that whatever pressure is brought to pass, democracy and the will of the people WILL PREVAIL.

The eighth amendment
The eighth amendment supports the right to life of both mother and child. The population of Ireland are simply not prepared to accept abortion as
a norm within this country.

Those who marched today were marching for the innocent unborn who have done no harm, who are citizens by right and deserve protection.

We stood firm to say that despite the culture of death sweeping our planet seeking to pressure others to accept abortion as a norm, we will stand firm that we will not allow abortion to enter our shores.
Ireland Needs Fatima |
Crowds were entertained by singing and dancing, all in support of the eighth amendment and the right to life of innocent infants.
Messages of support
Messages of support for the people of Ireland flooded in from all over the world, from areas such as Houghton, Michigan; New South Wales, England, Scotland, United States of America and South Africa.
EVERY LIFE MATTERS. ABORTION IS NOT THE ANSWER |
Attendees at the Rally
Attendees at the Rally included Niamh Ui Bhriain, Bernie Smyth, Declan Ganley, Isabel Vaughan-Spruce from March for Life UK, Bishop Francis Duffy of Ardagh and Clonmacnoise, TD Mattie McGrath, Dr Karen Gaffney, the prolife party Renua Ireland and Ireland Needs Fatima.
ISABEL VAUGHAN-SPRUCE FROM MARCH FOR LIFE UK |
Karen Gaffney, an American woman famous for being the first living person with Down's Syndrome to receive an honorary doctorate, spoke at the Rally today.
Dr Gaffney recently spoke with TD's at Leinster House, and held a press conference outside the Dail with Mattie McGrath TD, who hosted her visit. [1]
Karen told TD's that increasingly screening was being negatively used against preborn babies with Down's Syndrome, and that this was leading to a scenario where her community might no longer exist.
Karen says, "I believe that Down Syndrome is a life worth saying 'yes' to. It is a life worth saving. Every life has value, every life matters, regardless of how many chromosomes you have." [1]
A minute's silence was held in memory of the 50 million unborn babies who have been aborted.
