SOUTH AFRICA PRETORIA PRO-LIFE RALLY: MEET THE PROTESTERS [3]

SOUTH AFRICA: NATIONWIDE PROTESTS AGAINST THE ABORTION LAW CONTINUE TO SWEEP THE LAND AS PRO-LIFERS RALLIED IN PRETORIA.
Protesters carried placards and witnessed to the sanctity of unborn life in Hatfield Pretoria on 2 March.
The recent Cape Town protest saw prolifers take to the streets and march on Parliament, bringing traffic in many streets to a standstill,
Uncounted drivers hooted and waved their support of the Cape Town protesters against the abortion law: the same happened in Pretoria.

Murder is never justified
It was a day of witness to the sanctity of life of the unborn child and a day of protest against the abortion law which has killed so many infant-in-utero citizens of the land.
An article in the pro-life pamphlet proclaimed,
"Murder is never justified whether the person be eight days in the womb, eight weeks, eight months, eight years or eight decades. God has the power over life and death. We have no right to take that power into our own hands. Make your stand for God and against abortion."

Stand up for the little ones
Passers-by stopped to speak with protesters, voice their support and take pamphlets.
Placards with messages such as "Choose life, say no to abortion, " "Adoption better than abortion" and "The unborn have no choice" were either carried by pro-life protesters or lined the streets.
Other posters read "Stand up for the little ones."

Indeed. If we do not stand up to proclaim that abortion of the preborn is murder, that the killing of innocent defenceless citizens of South Africa is wrong, surely the stones themselves will cry out at the innocent blood which is being shed!

Elections
Several pro-lifers encouraged the people they met to put their cross beside the names of pro-life candidates in the forthcoming elections.

Adoption
Advice was offered at the Life Chain rally that adoption is better than abortion and is a viable answer to an unplanned pregnancy. Practical support is essential for expectant mothers and newborn babies.
Equally important is support for the unfortunate mothers who in the past have undergone the procedure and now feel in need of counselling.

Protest at Marie Stopes Pretoria
After the rally, group members proceeded to Marie Stopes where they concluded their protest.
