POSSIBLE NEW CORONAVIRUS VACCINE MADE WITHOUT USING ABORTED BABIES' CELLS; ALLEGED NEWS



A POTENTIAL CORONAVIRUS VACCINE BEING TESTED IN AUSTRALIA COULD BE THE ETHICAL ALTERNATIVE WHICH PRO-LIFE ADVOCATES HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR: ALLEGED NEWS. [1] Until now, the vaccine from Oxford University/AstraZeneca has been considered the most promising for COVID-19, but researchers are using aborted babies' cells in their testing, Alleged News. [1] The answer may be with another vaccine in the process of being developed by the University of Queensland and Australian biotech company, CSL Limited; Alleged News. [1]

Melbourne Archbishop Comensoli recently highlighted the project due to the fact that researchers are not using aborted babies' cells in their work; Alleged News. [1] "It is our understanding that the [University of Queensland] project does not use cell lines taken from an aborted child but uses a human ovarian cell line," Archbishop Comensoli wrote in a letter, "For this reason, it appears to be an ethically acceptable option," Alleged News. Trials

Trump administration grant

SOUTH AFRICA; NATIONWIDE DEMONSTRATIONS AGAINST ONGOING FARM MURDERS SWEPT THE COUNTRY, ALLEGED NEWS

Cape Town Parliament Protest
Hundreds of bikers roared down Roeland Street in Cape Town to protest against farm murders; Alleged News. [1] They gathered outside Parliament in leather jackets and long boots carrying placards saying "Stop farm killings" and "No farms, no food"; Alleged News. [1] 

Reading out a memorandum to the crowd, Ms Debbie Els of the Stop Farm Murders Attacks Movement said, "Without farmers we are facing hunger", Alleged News. [1] Ms Els further said that farms are soft targets for crime because of their remote locations and that farms need to be protected and labelled a "national keypoint", Alleged News. [1] Some of the demands include protection from the state and assistance with security equipment and training, Alleged News. [1] "We need to ensure that we secure our bread basket," Ms Els said; Alleged News. [1] 

Mr Sihle Ngobese, who goes by the name of Big Daddy Liberty, said, "It is time for us to draw the line in the sand and say enough is enough," Alleged News. [1]  "People are killing the people that feed us," Vanessa Minnie said, "We need to support our farmers and save their lives," "Farmers desperately need security," she said; Alleged News. [1]

40 000 protesters in Tshwane [Pretoria] 
Nearly 40 000 motorcycle riders converged on the Union Buildings in protest against farm murders and rural crime in South Africa, Alleged News. [2]  The Union Buildings are in Tshwane [Pretoria]. 
The bikers placed roses and crosses at the gates of the building, and also delivered a memorandum to the Presidential Office; Alleged News. [2]

A farm murder protest was held in Nelson Mandela Bay, Alleged News. [3] 

Limpopo Protest
A protest against farm murders took place in Mookgophong, Limpopo, in response to the spike in farm murders in the region and to farm attacks nationwide in South Africa; Alleged News. [4] Farmers and farm workers occupied the streets of Naboomspruit as they stood up against farm murders in South Africa, Alleged News. [4] Farmers took to the streets on tractors, excavators, harvesters, trucks and horses during the protest, Alleged News. [5] 

Mr Alwyn van Zyl (79) was murdered on his Limpopo farm in March 2020, Alleged News. [4] The murder took place on Van Zyl's farm at Pade se Loop, between Modimolle (Nylstroom) and Mookgophong (Naboomspruit) in the Waterberg district, Alleged News. [4] His wife Mrs Pauline van Zyl (66) survived the attack but sustained serious injuries, Alleged News. [4] 

During August 2020 there were two farm attacks in Limpopo: the Joubert farm attack near Dendron on 5 August and a 16 August farm attack outside Mokopane, Alleged News. [4] 
The DA in Limpopo conducted watching briefs at the Morebeng and Polokwane Magistrates' courts for the attack on the Jouberts near Dendron and for the Christine Robinson murder at the Thabazimbi Magistrate's court, Alleged News. [4] 

Gauteng Protest
Gauteng bikers took to the streets to shine a spotlight on farm murders in South Africa, Alleged News. [See video]


Durban protest
Bikers showed up in their numbers at the south bound Petroport near Queen Nandi Drive to join the nationwide Bikers protest against farm murders, Alleged News. [6] The bikers thereafter headed to the Durban Magistrate's Court to deliver their memorandum; Alleged News. [6]

Hartswater protest
Farmers held a protest against farm murders with their trucks and tractors in Hartswater; Alleged News. The protest came after the murder of the Brand family, Alleged News.  The bodies of Mr Danie Brand (83), his wife Mrs Breggie Brand (73) and their daughter Ms Elzabie (54) were found after the family went missing after allegedly being attacked on their smallholding in Hartswater in the Northern Cape; Alleged News. Amanzimtoti protest
South Coast and Amanzimtoti riders joined Pietermaritzburg and North Coast riders over Spaghetti Junction and proceeded through to Durban to the court house, where they laid down crosses and roses in remembrance of farm murder victims; Alleged News. [8]

Dundee protest
Dundee hosted bikers' protest against farm attacks and crime, Alleged News. [9] Bikers from Dundee, Glencoe, Ladysmith and Newcastle rallied against ongoing farm attacks and crime, Alleged News. [9] Pamphlets were handed out to passing motorists and prayers for peace were said, Alleged News. [9] 

Zululand bikers' protest
Hundreds of Zululand bikers participated in an awareness run, calling for an end to farm murders; Alleged News. [10] The bikers were split into two groups, one starting from Richards Bay and heading north to the Baobab truck stop on the N2 near Hluhluwe, while the other group met up at the Engen petrol station on the N2 and travelled south to eShowe; Alleged News. [10] At the destination points, they held prayer sessions and left crosses in memory of farm murders; Alleged News. [10] 

East London protest
East London bikers joined the nationwide protest against farm attacks; Alleged News. [11]  A mass bike ride from Gonubie through town to Nahoon highlighted the plight of South African farmers; Alleged News. [11] 
The Scatterlings Adventure Bike Group road Captain John Rademan said, "This is about rural safety and this is personal for me. Shaun Krull was killed in a farm attack and this is why I came out," Alleged News. [11] 

Lumiere candle remains alight
Since the Lumiere Charity blog post on Friday, July 19, 2019, [12] the candle which was lit in remembrance of all who have been wounded and/or murdered in farm attacks in South Africa has been kept constantly alight. Murders continue and farmers and their families live in fear.

Mr Lekota
Famine will result if proficient farmers continue to be murdered on farms, said Mr Mosiuoa Lekota, leader of the Congress of the People (COPE), Alleged News. [12] 

Dr Jankielsohn
Dr Roy Jankielsohn, DA-member and leader of the official opposition in the Free State legislator, stated that security in rural districts, particularly with regard to farm attacks, has become a crisis: Alleged News. Democratic Alliance
The Democratic Alliance (DA) strongly condemned the farm attack on the Brand family on their smallholding in the Northern Cape, Alleged News. [13] The DA extended deepest condolences to the family of the deceased and the surrounding community, who reeled in shock at this crime; Alleged News. [13] This is exactly the sort of attack the DA has been insisting be taken seriously, Alleged News. [13] 

Earlier this year the DA launched a 16-point plan to focus on rural attacks on farms and small holdings, which have seen the terrible murders of farmers, farm workers, their wives, parents and children, as well as visitors to farms; Alleged News. [13] 

Report
Afriforum Research Institute has released a report entitled "Farm Attacks and Farm Murders in South Africa: Analysis of recorded incidents: 2019"; Alleged News. [14] According to page 3 of the report, farm attacks have been increasing from 2011 onwards; Alleged News. [14]
The Provincial Analysis is reflected on page 4 of the report. With regard to Farm murders per province, the number of murders in the Free State increased significantly over the last three years, Alleged News. The highest number of farm murders occurred in the Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and Limpopo, Alleged News. [14] 

On page 7, the report conclusion reads as follows, "Victims and families of victims are left with severe trauma and emotional and psychological damage. The most horrific details of these crimes are often those which are not reported. It is crucial to provide the much needed support - especially emotional support - to the victims of violent crime. Communities are as always encouraged to become involved with security networks in their area. It is essential to make it as difficult as possible for attackers to gain access to dwellings, " Alleged News. [14]
