Candle has been lit in Remembrance of Youth in Desperation

A CANDLE HAS BEEN LIT IN REMEMBRANCE OF YOUTH IN DESPERATION.
There are many young people working years and saving to study towards a brighter future.
Yet due to various circumstances, they struggle to manage to pay - despite years of working, saving and holding down jobs outside study hours - to pay tuition costs.

Lumiere Charity is beginning a series of blog posts where students in difficulties can speak about their personal plight.
One such student is Haince Pen.
Haince comes from India, and after years of working and saving is studying at Rochester Institute of Technology.
A loan was received from the bank, his parents mortgaged their house as assurance.
At the end of this semester, despite working at a job during his time off from study, his savings and his parents' dedicated loan, he will be short five thousand dollars for his next semester.
Why not pledge one to five dollars to help Haince continue his dream; to study towards a brighter future?

Perhaps Divine Providence led you
to read these words.
In the spirit of Lumiere, is there
anything you can do to help?
