BREAKING NEWS; STEM EXPRESS CUTS TIES WITH PLANNED PARENTHOOD, ALLEGED NEWS

BREAKING NEWS; STEM EXPRESS CUTS TIES WITH PLANNED PARENTHOOD AFTER EXPOSE' VIDEOS SHOW SALES OF ABORTED BABIES, ALLEGED NEWS.
Lumiere Charity has received report that the biotech firm StemExpress is officially cutting ties with the Planned Parenthood abortion business, Alleged News.
StemExpress is one of a number of biotech firms that works with Planned Parenthood by purchasing aborted babies and their body parts and selling them to scientists at research universities for medical experiments, Alleged News.
Notice of the decision to cut ties came in the form of a letter from StemExpress to a Congressional committee that is investigating the abortion business and its sale of aborted babies, Alleged News.[1]
The decision reportedly follows a ruling by a California Judge that StemExpress would not likely prevail in its lawsuit seeking to prevent the Center for Medical Progress from releasing more videos showing the ties between the two companies, Alleged News. [1]

Judge Joanne O'Donnell
'Plaintiff does not persuade the Court that the discovery it seeks is necessary to obtain the preliminary injunction.
That is because it appears unlikely that the Court is going to grant the preliminary injunction,' Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joanne O'Donnell said in her Thursday order.
'The injunction Plaintiff seeks would prevent Defendants from disseminating the videotapes,' said the Judge.
'Firstly, this proposed injunction would constitute a prior restraint on the Defendants' right under the First Amendment and the parallel protections under the California Constitution,' Alleged News.

Solid investigative journalism
Attorneys with the pro-life Alliance Defending Freedom legal group apprised that this is a victory for David Daleiden and CMP.
'People who don't have anything to hide don't go to court to stop journalists from reporting the truth.
The court was right to deny StemExpress' request to gain access to damaging material against them obtained through solid investigative journalism.
Americans have the right to know the truth about Planned Parenthood's sale of baby body parts and the 'fiscal rewards' StemExpress says that it provides to abortion clinics,' said Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund President Chuck LiMandri; Alleged News
