Pathos of the Sex Trade

ORPHANS IN DANGER OF BEING KIDNAPPED FROM THE STREET TO BE SOLD TO BROTHELS.
  Children placed in service as prostitutes.
Boys and girls needing rescuing from kidnap as they bus in from rural areas in search of work to support their impoverished families.
  Young mothers with several children living on pavements, so poor they cannot afford protection and fall pregnant from clients without a gap between pregnancies.
  Mothers terminally ill with HIV looking for someone to undertake the care of their children upon their demise.
  Girls and boys gang-raped, their innocence stolen, their health gone.
 
  Suffering from sexually transmitted diseases.
Stories of beatings, humiliations, degrading treatment.
  Suicides, forced abortions and deaths.
Children forced into prostitution to serve soldiers.
  Youths rescued from prostitution undergoing difficulties in reuniting with their communities.

Faces of Agony 
  The many faces of agony that Lumiere has seen is indicative of the horror and utter pathos that is the sex trade.

Is there anything you can do?
Yes. So much.
Why not sponsor the rescue of someone from the trade?
Or consider funding the education of someone who has been rescued.
