Mom's Kitchen; Easy to Make APPLE CRISP



Allergy Alert; Before starting the recipe, check first that you have no allergies to any of the ingredients.
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, then don't use this recipe.

APPLE CRISP
What you will need;
1 and a half pounds of cooking apples
8 ounces of sugar
8 ounces of self-raising flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
4 ounces of melted butter
Cinnamon to taste


 How to make
Peel, core and slice apples into ovenproof dish.
Sift the flour, salt and sugar together in a mixing bowl.
Add the unbeaten egg, and mix with a knife until crunchy.
Sprinkle the mixture on top of the apples, and pour the melted butter over.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Quick and easy!
